He was born December 1, 1926 in Augusta County, the son of the late Harvey Arnold lending and borrowing Gertrude (Glendye) Lotts.
In addition to his family, Mr. Loan preceded the death of the elder brother, Donald Hartman Loan and sister, Reva the loan.
Congratulations, in addition to his wife of 53 years, are: two children, Paul a. loans and his wife, Michelle Stokesdale, NC and Glenn h. loan and his wife Angela Waynesboro; brother, c. Denver loan Bridgewater; five grandchildren, Amy, Jason Dunford Staunton, Waynesboro loan Athens Mabry Waynesboro and Staunton, Amanda Galicia CSSN Zechariah loan, USS Carl Vinson, San Diego; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
