NEW YORK (Reuters)-an investment banker business travel sues Starwood Hotels chain on Monday, said that the front desk clerk gave her room key to a drunk who attacked him in bed.
Alison Fournier, a New York investment banker who now lives in Florida, was attacked in his hotel room in Helsinki, Finland years ago, according to the suit filed in U.s. District Court in Manhattan against Starwood Hotels
Fournier was in bed in her room in a Hotel on the first trip overseas work on January 15, 2011, when he woke up to “someone got into bed raba pain to her”, the lawsuit said.
Fearing imminent rape, Fournier, then aged 30, who fled to the front desk draped in bath and shouted for help, only to be told by the front desk staff “that person is her husband,” the lawsuit said.
